Providence Place Gift Shop is a fabulous shop with a variety of items such as shawls, purses, home décor, giftware, greeting cards, and a small confectionary. You will be sure to find something for your loved one or even to take home with you!

Foundation Canteen Cart
Our Canteen Cart makes rounds throughout the building, making sure that every resident is included in our offering of snacks and treats.

Cafeteria
Eating is enjoyable and we want to keep it that way, which is not an easy thing to do considering the reputation that “hospital food” has. Our Food Services team works diligently to prepare food that is both delicious and nutritious—and even caters events for our residents and clients.
People of all ages eat better when they share a meal with others. Our cafeteria is open to the public. Stop in to spend some time with our residents, clients and employees.

8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m, 2:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Catering Services are available when a resident/client function is booked within the facility. ** This service is currently unavailable.**
Homesteader
A favorite place to socialize with residents, family and friends. A licensed room serving beer, spirits, wine along with ice cream, milkshakes, coffee and tea!

Healing Garden
Our Healing Garden is a wonderful place for Providence Place’s residents to get away, enjoy the outdoors and experience the benefits of nature on mind, body and spirit. The Providence Place Park is complete with walking paths, rose gardens, water fountains, and a gazebo. The park is fully accessible to those with varying abilities.
Visitor Suite
A full bedroom suite accommodation is available on a first-come first serve basis to out-of town family members and friends of residents/clients who reside at Providence Place.
The suite includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, a private washroom and bath and a living room/lounge area complete with a hide-a-bed, cable television and a telephone. The amenities include a built-in hairdryer, an iron and ironing board.
Reservations can be made calling Information Desk at 306-694-8081 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.
Pool
Our facility offers a therapeutic pool to augment the therapy received both in the GARU and as an outpatient in the Maguire Center. Varying from individuals to self-led programming, the pool provides a great avenue for individuals actively attempting to increase their physical functioning.
In response to COVID-19 pandemic, all therapeutic pool programs are suspended indefinitely. This page will be updated as the service is able to resume.

Hair Salon
We know that part of feeling your best is looking your best. The salon is operated by a third party and is open on Tuesdays. If your loved one requires a cut or trim, please speak to the nursing station to make arrangements or you may sign-up on the list outside the salon.

Podiatry Clinic
The Moose Jaw Podiatry Clinic offers our resident visiting services of many treatments and products for foot and lower limb conditions of all kinds. They treat and assess a wide variety of foot and lower limb conditions for our residents.

Champion Oral Health addresses the mouth-body connection and ongoing dental needs for the well- being of the person as a whole providing services to those with dentures and natural teeth.
