Saskatchewan’s Seniors Care Provider
Providence Place is a quality long-term care facility that includes a geriatric assessment unit and an adult day program with our focus on elder care. Established in 1995, Providence Place has grown into one of Saskatchewan’s top care facilities. Currently, there are 160 long-term care beds, as well as 14 beds in the Geriatric Assessment Rehabilitation Unit.
Long-Term Care
We provide care to 159 long-term care residents in single, individual rooms. This includes support with mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, elimination, and other activities of daily living.

The SHA (formerly Five Hills Health Region) provides a single point-of-entry to all Long Term Care facilities within the former Five Hills Health Region, which includes Providence Place.
